Starting with just one property in Eastwood less than 10 years ago, we have grown from one employee and one property to six employees and growing with over 130 units in the Syracuse and surrounding areas. We believe in providing quality, affordable homes to our tenants in the CNY community.
We are invested in the CNY community because we are your neighbors- we live here too! We care about the community and providing the best housing we can to our neighbors. We aren’t some investment company that manages from far away- we are right in Syracuse and can jump in the car to come take a look at any maintenance concern or be available for questions quickly.
The Founder
Greg Miller
Native of Syracuse, NY Greg maintains deep roots within the community by purchasing and managing quality homes in Syracuse and surrounding areas. Greg takes a hands-on approach through researching the right properties to purchase and funding, overseeing quality work is performed on all remodels and guests receive excellent service through property management. Beginning with one duplex less than ten years ago, Greg has grown Miller Capital through hard work and fostering strong relationships both within the local community but also the real estate community throughout the world.
